We relocated from Toronto to Calgary in the summer of 2007 and we wanted a home in the 'inner city' that had all the luxuries and comfort we had grown accustomed to. We purchased a home in the Rosedale area from City Core Developments and to this day we are absolutely thrilled! As one can appreciate with any relocation to a new city and new job there are many things to be concerned with. Fortunately for us the home we purchased from CCD has only provided wonderful positive experiences. We do not take writing letters of recommendation lightly; in particular when it comes to a home. Buying a home requires significant investment of both $$$ and emotional energy. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is perhaps what has impressed us the most with our home. Simply put it is evident to us that CCD took great pride in the building of our home. It's evident in the quality of the materials used, in the design that went into the layout of the home and in each and every room. Further, the post purchase service levels that the team at City Core (particularly Don!) has afforded us has been outstanding. They have by far exceeded our expectations. We definitely don't take it for granted and are very appreciative. Simply put it's our family's perspective that the team at CCD simply care.
